This is always the most popular sauce at my fondue parties. It is great with vegetables, but it is also a delicious dipping sauce for the meats. Leftovers? Use it to dip fresh veggies in for lunch, or toss it as a salad dressing!

Green Goddess Sauce
Creamy sauce perfect for veggies.

- Mixer
Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- ¼ cup chopped chives
- ¼ cup minced shallot
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
Instructions
- Using a hand mixer, cream the cream cheese, sour cream, and milk until smooth.
- Add the parsley, chives, shallot, and garlic powder and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour, or overnight. The flavors will develop by letting it sit, so this is a great day ahead sauce.
