Caesar Salad Dressing

Caesar salad is a favorite of my family. We LOVE anchovies.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tblsp anchovy paste
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions
 

  • Put anchovy paste, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic into a blender or food processor. Blend until mixed well.
  • Add the juice of half a lemon. Blend again.
  • Add the olive oil while the blender runs so it emulsifies.
  • Add the egg yolk, and blend again.
  • Add the parmesan cheese and blend.
  • Pour your dressing over your salad and enjoy!
