Gorgonzola Port Sauce

A creamy sauce that is perfect for meats.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • ΒΌ cup port
  • 6 oz. gorgonzola crumbles

Instructions
 

  • Using a hand mixer, cream the cream cheese and milk until smooth.
  • Add the port and continue mixing.
  • Add the gorgonzola and fold that in by hand.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour, or overnight. The flavors will develop by letting it sit, so this is another great day ahead sauce.
