Gorgonzola Port Sauce
A creamy sauce that is perfect for meats.

- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup milk
- ΒΌ cup port
- 6 oz. gorgonzola crumbles
Using a hand mixer, cream the cream cheese and milk until smooth.
Add the port and continue mixing.
Add the gorgonzola and fold that in by hand.
Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour, or overnight. The flavors will develop by letting it sit, so this is another great day ahead sauce.
